Essay format:
Introduction paragraph (thesis statement)
-Avoid presenting percentages and theories unless absolutely (Avoid ambushing the reader)
-The last sentence is the thesis statement (focuses the entire discussion)
Body paragraphs (you discuss what you hinted at in the thesis statement)
-Each body paragraph must start with a topic sentence
-Followed by several supporting sentences
-Finally, it must end with a concluding sentence
*Transition verbs/linking words
