Make Beautiful Quilt Sashings with Applique // QISS EP11

First, we start by measuring and cutting our fabric pieces, ensuring everything fits perfectly with a quarter-inch gap between each piece. I’ll walk you through how to position your pieces carefully using a ruler and sharp tools for precision.

Next, we’ll use Roxanne glue (no fusible webbing needed!) to baste the pieces in place. This glue is perfect because it washes out, leaving no stiffness in your quilt. I’ll show you how to apply the glue and set everything in place with a hot iron—super simple and mess-free!

For those interested in appliqué, I’ll demonstrate how to use a tulip template to create stunning floral designs. You'll learn how to cut, glue, and iron your appliqué pieces with ease.
