BRINE: (NOTE THIS IS THE RATIO OF VINEGAR AND WATER)
1 Quart Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Quarts Tap Water
1 Cup Canning Salt
JARS:
Wide Mouth Quart Jars
Washed Pickling Cucumbers
1/8 Tsp Alum
1 Head of Dill
1 Clove of Garlic
1 Hot Red Pepper
1 Washed Grape Leaf
Follow the process in the video: Lids in hot water, Super hot brine, Hot water bath just under boiling 20 minutes.
