In light of the Covid-19 quarantines I thought I'd play a couple of stripped down tracks in the studio with just a drum machine and a few synths. Forever Young by Alphaville is one of my faves, and it never fails to make my world feel more surreal. We and a lot of our fellow muso friends have had gigs, shows and tours cancelled abruptly and I know we're all feeling the weight of that pretty heavily. My hope is that this situation will give us an opportunity to share parts of ourselves with each other that we normally wouldn't, and make some sounds that wouldn't be in the world otherwise...
