Описание: American-Welsh band Drowners rocked the JBTV studio audience with their awesome garage pop track "Luv, Hold Me Down" off their self-titled debut album [Frenchkiss Records]. The band started in New York City in 2011 by frontman Matthew Hitt, who drew much of his inspiration from the energy of the city. He formed Drowners with three other members, including guitarist Jack Ridley, bassist Erik Lee Snyder, and drummer Joe Brodie. They released their first EP entitled "Between Us Girls" [Birthday Records]. Soon after, they signed with label Frenchkiss Records, releasing their debut earlier this year. Their pop punk/ garage feel lit up the stage here, and their energy definitely reflected that of the city in which they call home.
