This speedrun makes use of a few codes and passwords, I'll fill this in with them in a li'l bit. Sorry if you're reading this and it's empty yet lol.
I actually wanted to TAS this out, but the game does not like enabling the cheats AND the password at the same time, and I don't know how to bypass this in either of the TAS builders I used, unless I build a Game Genie code to replicate the password, which I don't know how to do yet.
Captured this myself as a theory-craft thing, hence why it's not perfect lol.
