INGREDIENTS:
180g Shrimp
190g Apple chuncks
30g Tapioca starch
45g Potatoes starch
1 and half cup cooking oil
Garnishing: rosted almond flakes

Marinate shrimp
Dash of white pepper
half tsp sesame oil
1 tsp Shaoxin wine
Half egg white
1／4 tsp salt

SAUCES
85g Mayonnaise
1 tsp rice vinegar or any type of fruits vinegar (or lemon juice)
1/4 tsp salt
Half tsp sugar

简单香脆沙拉虾球
材料：
虾180g
苹果190克
木薯粉30克
马铃薯粉（风车粉）45克
油

腌制虾:
少许胡椒粉
半茶匙麻油
一茶匙绍兴酒
半颗蛋白
1／4 茶匙盐

酱:
85克美乃滋
1 茶匙米醋或水果醋 (或柠檬汁）
1／4 茶匙盐
半茶匙糖
