The Dutch coaster Mv. Kwintebank is sailing to the port of Rotterdam - Dordrecht in The Netherlands.

We get pilot on the Maas Center pilot station and it takes about 6 hours to arrive to the port of Dordrecht. After the Nieuwe Waterweg we enter the Oude Maas and pass the Botlekbrug en Spijkernissebrug (A15). On the Oude Maas we are Constrained by Draught so we show the relevant signal lights (3 red). On the final manoeuvre we have little space to swing, so we use the wheel effect to turn the ship in place and come starboard side alongside.

The time laps video compresses 6 hours in 10 minutes.

Mv Kwintebank has a left turning pitch propeller, acting right handed when pitching astern. The bowthruster is adequately powered and the rudder is able to reach 60 degrees to both sides - to be used on low speeds.
