In this video, I'll show you how I made a fichu, an apron and a cap. These three accessories are essential to creating an historically-accurate 18th-century outfit.
I used the American Duchess Guide to 18th-Century Dressmaking for all three projects, and I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in sewing 18th-century clothing. (Although I'm a little salty about that cap ...)
