In today’s Gospel (Luke 6:36–38), Jesus gives us a powerful spiritual principle:
“Be merciful, even as your Father is merciful… For the measure you give will be the measure you get back.”
Are we measuring others with mercy — or with judgment?
This Lenten reflection challenges us to: • Stop condemning
• Learn to forgive
• Choose mercy over criticism
• Give generously from the heart
The measure you use today becomes the measure God uses for you.
Let this be a day of mercy.
