Marine veteran Michael Ryan Burke was fatally shot during a Facebook Marketplace transaction that turned into a robbery earlier this month in Missouri, but he managed to call 9-1-1 and send a farewell text to his family before dying. Three teens and a juvenile have been arrested. “Ryan Burke was just one of one,” longtime friend Jerry Reifeiss tells “NewsNation Prime.”
