Описание: اعتُقل المحامي عبد الرحمن سليمان موزي في 28 حزيران/ يونيو 2015، بسبب تواصله مع شخص مطلوب لدى النظام السوري. في ذلك اليوم خرج للقاء أحد الأشخاص عند دوار الجوزة فاعترض عناصر الأمن طريقه و اقتادوه إلى سيارة بداخلها عسكري برتبة عميد. هناك بدأ العميد باستجوابه حول صديقه المطلوب بلال لكنه حاول المراوغة بالإجابة. عندها نُقل إلى الفرع 215، حيث تم اختراق حساباته الشخصية وحاول المحققون استدراج صديقه عبر الرسائل، كما طلبوا منه التعاون لترتيب كمين بهدف الإيقاع به، لكنه امتنع عن الاستجابة.

قبل دخوله الفرع 215 أوقف عبد الرحمن عند الباب، وأخبره العميد ساخراً أن ينظر إلى السماء جيداً لأنها ستكون آخر مرة يراها. وحين اقتيد إلى الداخل، كان أول مشهد رآه هو أبٌ يتعرض للتعذيب مع ولده في صالة الشبح أثناء مروره من باب الفرع إلى غرفة الأمانات. هناك صودرت ممتلكاته وأُخذت معلوماته الشخصية وأرقام الهواتف، وتلقى أول صفعة له داخل الفرع.

Attorney Abdul Rahman Suleiman Mowzi was detained on June 28, 2015 for communicating with someone wanted by the Assad regime. That day, he had gone to meet someone at Jawzah Roundabout when security agents intercepted him and forced him into a car where a brigadier general was seated. The general immediately began interrogating him about his friend Bilal, who was wanted by the regime. Mowzi tried to avoid answering. He was then taken to Branch 215, where his accounts were hacked. The interrogators attempted to lure Bilal into an ambush by sending messages. They asked Mowzi to help them, but he refused to cooperate.

Before entering Branch 215, the brigadier general stopped Mowzi at the door and sarcastically told him to take a good look at the sky because it would be the last time he saw it. As he was led inside, the first thing he saw was a father being tortured alongside his son in the Suspension Hall. In the custody room, his possessions were confiscated, his personal information and phone numbers were taken, and he received his first slap.
