🌿 Walk Intro :
Stepping out of Huazhuang Station, the atmosphere of Wanli arrives first. Blue façades appear calm and bright in the sunlight, while seasonal installations dot the plaza and street corners. People aren’t rushing to shop—instead, they ease into the day, letting the space set the pace.

Following the main pedestrian axis, Tingyun Town gradually unfolds. The scale is intentionally kept low. Winding paths, understated façades, and planted landscapes slow everything down. Some people stop to take photos, others sit and rest. This feels less like a conventional mall and more like a stretch of city meant to be occupied by walking.

Moving further in, the space suddenly opens upward. The central atrium of Wangfujing WellTown rises high above, with light filtering down through a circular skylight. Escalators, foot traffic, and curved forms intersect, turning movement itself into part of the scene. Retail, exhibitions, and everyday routines overlap naturally here, without clear boundaries.

Wanli is composed of Tingyun Town, Wangfujing WellTown, and the Nuo Hotel, linked together through continuous streets and commercial spaces. Walking becomes seamless. This entire route feels like an observation of a new urban district—how space is used, experienced, and gradually absorbed into daily life.

從花莊站走出地鐵，灣里的城市氣氛先一步迎上來。藍色立面在陽光下顯得冷靜明亮，節慶裝置點綴在廣場與街口，人群不急著購物，只是在空間裡慢慢展開一天的行程。

順著步行軸線前行，汀雲小鎮逐漸展開。街區尺度刻意壓低，彎折的小路、留白的立面與植物景觀，把節奏放慢下來。有人拍照，有人隨意坐下休息，這裡更像是可以被散步佔據的城市片段，而不是傳統商場。

繼續往裡走，空間忽然被拉高。王府井 WellTown 的中庭向上敞開，光線從圓頂落下，扶梯、人流與曲線空間交織在一起。人在其中移動，本身就成了場景的一部分。商業、展覽與日常在這裡自然疊加，沒有明確邊界。

灣里由汀雲小鎮、王府井 WellTown 與諾嵐酒店構成，街區與商業體彼此銜接，讓行走變得連貫。整段散步更像是在一座新城區裡，觀察空間如何被使用、被感受，也慢慢被生活化。
