This week Ali T from Fit&Flexi takes us through a fantastic warm up routine which you can use pre-round to mobilize, stabilize and energize your body to be ready from the first tee to the 18th green!
All you need is a golf club and a spare 5 minutes before your tee time.
Work out: 30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest
1. Wrist Twist
2. Upper Body Twist
3. Low to High Body Swings
4. Reverse Lunge Overhead
5. Lunge Twist
