With the new Legendary Items (LIs), all the experience (xp) that used to go to improving them now goes to a Reward Track. In the first iteration of the reward track (started about 3 months ago and ended recently), all the goodies you could earn were to improve your LIs. This second time of the Reward Track added other fun things at levels 25, 50, 75, and 100. At level 50, you earn a tome of Dance_Hobbit3!
Which of course means that I'm on the hunt for more LI xp. :D
We ran through a bunch of instances/dungeons today and gathered up heritage runes, which have LI xp. I didn't mention it on stream, but when you consume those, do it on your lowest level character who is eligible to use them. You'll get a lot further with your progress in the reward track! So keep that one character at level 45 if you can. :)
