Breathe deeply and exhale - let go of today and be stil
Close your eyes for a moment and become empty
For far too long, I allowed overthinking and painful memories of the past to shape my future. Old experiences quietly ruled my thoughts, giving rise to anxiety, depression, and overwhelm—slowly draining my confidence and silencing my dreams.
In this sacred moment, I pause.
I breathe.
I choose compassion.

I release the need to please others to feel worthy.
I release the part of me that believed I was not good enough.
I release the part of me that forgot how to love myself.
