We start near Bloor Street West at the edge of the Humber River valley and follow the Humber River Recreational Trail southward through lush woodland, passing under bridges and alongside the river's edge. This section of the trail is known for its natural beauty, wildlife habitat, and accessibility for all levels of outdoor enthusiasts.​
