Описание: Having balanced energy center (or chakras) is important for your physical, mental, and spiritual health. Several times a week, I do some sort of a energy center or chakra meditations= for this reason. I can really feel a difference in myself. I've had some incredible moments, mystical experiences, and just feel great afterwards also. I really feel that once all your energy centers are balanced, everything in your life is balanced: your mind, body and spirit (and health).
