Описание: To progress, or increase the difficulty of this exercise, simply elevate your feet. With your feet elevated on a sturdy flat surface, you are creating a deficit deadlift. This means the range of motion is increased along with required hip flexion to properly lift and lower the bar. By using lighter weight and keeping good form, this tool will help improve your conventional deadlift, but only if you have the ability to deadlift from the floor first.
