Описание: Quinn’s Story: Chapter 3 – The Hospital Stay
This chapter shares the time I spent hospitalized with severe pre-eclampsia, over 70 miles from home.
Because of friends and my incredible little bookish community, I wasn’t alone. We had visits, warm meals, and even help getting last-minute things we still needed for Quinn’s early arrival. I will never stop being grateful for that love.
This video took me a long time to make, and honestly, the next one probably will too because revisiting this season was emotional. I didn’t record as much as I wish I had… partly because time felt unreal back then, and partly because I was just trying to survive what I was feeling.
The nurses and even some of the doctors coming in to chat with me made all the difference. The care I had during this time was incredible.
I spent so much time in my Bible, a beautiful one my sweet friend Melissa sent me, grounding myself in the Word. That, my care team, changing rooms, visits from my family, and stepping outside when I could… those small things made such a big difference. You can actually see the shift in this video as it goes on.
This was a hard one, but it gets even harder.
