My readings apply to Sun, Moon, Rising, Cusps, & sometimes Venus...& n.node& 10th house & mars...lol it really depends on what I’m reading for (ie: love career etc) I also believe if you resonate with the title it can definitely be for you as well...I’d assume Vedic astrology applies as well.
