A quick video of an unused area that has a surprisingly large amount of open space with most collision detection present. I know that someone else found this before me, but I can't find their video (if it was you, please let me know so I can credit you)!
To get there, leap onto the tracks (as shown in the video, the raised areas only) and glide down to the area beneath. There are some interesting things here, such as two taxis. One functions correctly by following a set pattern, the other... Eh. See for yourself.
There's also a bear randomly placed here, unable to be seen let alone hit during normal gameplay. I'll let the video speak for itself.
