As general election season nears, it’s never been a better time for campaigns to prepare their Get-Out-The-Vote (GOTV) strategy. GOTV is an intense period of direct voter contact beginning two weeks before Election Day. Its purpose is to mobilize pre-identified likely and undecided supporters to vote.
