Badges of Justice in Classic TBC - How Should They Work?

How ironic it is that this problem was mostly addressed during the first expansion WoW ever had. Hello and welcome, I am Zerbraxi. The badge system was a staple of WoW for quite some time. Even after it's removal people still point to it as the answer to solve most RNG loot problems. Today, I want to talk about one of the most highly praised aspects of TBC, Badges Of Justice. Let’s go!

During the days of Vanilla WoW several problems with loot were already showing up. While the slow pace of loot drops and the smaller increases per upgrade are elements we would still praise today, there was an uncontrollable issue many players ran into. Bad luck.
