♡ recipe: green lentil koftas
3 tins green lentils (about 4 cups??)
1 whole onion
handful of parsley
4tbsp flour (can add more but a slightly moist consistency is normal!)
salt
garlic
1 egg
onion salt
paprika
oregano
process your washed and cooked lentils before mixing in with the rest of your ingredients. shape and bake on a lined pan at 180c fan until golden and crispy
