Описание: New Line between Patan and Bhildi was inaugurated by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on 4th March,2019 which is a part of Bhildi - Viramgam gauge conversion/new line project, sanctioned in the year 1990-91. The whole project is situated in Gujarat state. The Patan – Bhildi New Line Project will provide a Broad Gauge rail link between Kandla & Bhatinda on consideration of the strategic requirement of defence. This will lead to development of area and hinterland of Kandla Port and provide better connectivity towards North-Western region promoting easy movement of petroleum products and other goods.
