Iran war leaves thousands stranded aboard cruise ship in Dubai

At least 6 cruise ships sailing in the Persian Gulf have reportedly been left stranded by the ongoing war in the Middle East. Among them are thousands of passengers aboard the MSC Euribia, which has been docked in Dubai since February 28, 2026. The cruise company said it is contacting embassies and foreign offices to discuss potential repatriation for passengers.
