The pharmaceutical industry uses different kinds of water in their manufacturing processes. The pharmaceutical industry has a direct influence on public health and safety, thus, adhering to water quality standards becomes even more critical. A category of water used widely by this industry is WFI (Water for Injection). Traditionally, the industry has relied on distillation—a robust but costly and energy-intensive process—to produce Water for Injection (WFI) in compliance with regulatory standards.
This webinar examines the advantages of advanced membrane systems for low-temperature WFI production, emphasizing improved efficiency, compliance, long term sustainability, and safety.
