Happy Tuesday, everyone!
In today’s video I showed you everything that I eat in a day! Every single day is different but I practice #foodfreedom in all of my #whatieatinaday videos!
Chicken orzo recipe:
Fry floured chicken (with salt and pepper) in oil and butter. Cook for 6 mins on each side and then finish in the oven at 400 degrees for around 8 minutes.
Orzo:
boil orzo (I used one cup for 3/4 servings) strain and then add lemon zest, fresh dill, lemon juice, olive oil, and feta. Add salt and pepper to taste! Serve hot with chicken!
