This is the Biggest Development Yet (120+ blocks)! | MC #29

Описание: With the completion of the new paper mill, demand for new housing has shot through the roof in Paradise Bay. In fact, one could argue that there is a full-blown housing crisis in the entire county! And that means it's time for Sheila Johnson to finally build all of the homes that she has had entitled in the city.

In this episode, we'll attempt to make an inroads on the housing crisis by dramatically expanding Paradise Bay - adding more than 120 blocks in what might by my biggest city expansion to date. We'll increase the size of the city four-fold, an add over 9,000 to the county's overall population.

To do this, we'll master plan the expansion, taking into account roadway hierarchy and good planning principles, while trying to keep aesthetics in mind. We'll also "solve" our homeless problem (kind of).
