So, and it's one thing to say, you know, hey I haven't been running in years and I go start training for a marathon and then I'm hurting the next day. Well, you have a good reason for it but when the day to day everyday activities, nothing's changed and you start coming home from work with a dull, achy pain either in the hip or the knee, you know, you sit down from work, you're tired, you get up from the couch and then oh, man, it's tight. It doesn't want to move. That's typically how arthritis will first start presenting itself and, if we could catch everybody at that point, oh, man, it would be great. Most people typically grin and bear it and try to get by and by the time they come to us, it's really far gone. It's too late. We lose a lot of our options to treat and prevent the progression.
