Hey Pokemon Champions, what's going on?! It's Champion Blaze here and to celebrate the pokemon anime's 25th anniversary I've decided to create a brand-new series called Pokemon Anime Evolution! This series will offer an in-depth analysis and look at the writing of the pokemon anime to see how it's improved or gotten worse over the years. It will allow us to see what makes each series so great and what makes some parts of each series a little disappointing or lack luster. The series began with Kanto and the original series so naturally this is where our discussion will begin.

Today we'll be reviewing the entirety of the Original Series of Pokemon and analyzing its characters, the episodes, the story, plot and everything that encompasses what made the Original Series so good and actually, so bad at times. From the Original Trio of Ash Ketchum, Brock and Misty to Professor Oak, Gary Oak, the gym battles, the Indigo League, we'll be taking a look back at all aspects of Ash's journey from Kanto to Johto. So grab popcorn and a drink and please enjoy my retrospective review of the Pokemon Anime's Original Series.
