Sometimes there is a situation when we need to add new column conditionally with select statement. At that time a concept of case when then is very useful. In this video I have taken an example of student grade. Table contain two column student name and student grade If grade is A then I want result very good with new column Grade Status and if grade is D then I want result Fail with column Grade Status.
