Got drumming-related or other repetitive motion injuries? Join Dan Shinder and Physical Therapist Janice Ying as they discuss hips and pelvic issues, but you can chime in and they can take your questions about drumming-related injuries, such as tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, bursitis, lower back, shoulder, hip, and joint pain and more! (Actually, Dan will take the questions; Janice will answer them!). If you play another instrument and have repetitive motion injuries, you are welcome to join in! The focus of this episode is hips/pelvis!
