Sam and Snez Wood are a true love story to emerge from The Bachelor Australia television franchise. They fell in love and stole our hearts in 2015. Sam Wood 42, the gorgeous and very successful personal trainer and Founder of  28 by Sam Wood, a leading online fitness and wellness program, and Snezana Wood, 41, the elegant beauty, molecular geneticist, influencer and TV personality have since wed and expanded their family. The photogenic and truly dynamic duo are expecting their fourth child this year. 

For this episode, I invited both Sam and Snez to share their Ageless rituals and journey with us.
