UFC Vegas 74 fighter and The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) alum Alex Cacares is ranking various martial arts by effectiveness in this tier list. The disciplines included are boxing, capoeira, krav maga, judo, karate, kickboxing, kung fu, Muay Thai, combat sambo, sumo, taekwondo and wrestling.
Apologies for excluding Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The BJJ graphic was misinterpreted as Krav Maga.
