Today I'm showing you how to quickly and simply stew rhubarb stalks.
Because rhubarb stalks are rich in antioxidants, eating them may help protect against some types of cancer. Antioxidants help to repair cells from free radical damage, which can lead to cancer.
I've planted rhubarb in my garden this year but the garden centre advised me to hold off until next year to cut and use it as it will then yield a greater crop into the future!
This rhubarb was a gift from my neighbour. Thank you Patricia!
