✔️ Basa fish fillets - 04 (approx 350 gms)
✔️ Oil for frying
✔️ Spices & seasoning -
garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
mixed herbs - 1 tsp
chilli flakes - 1 tsp
chilli powder/paprika - 1/4 tsp
salt - 1 tsp

✔️ For Vegetables -
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Zucchini, broccoli, bell peppers
Chilli flakes, pepper & salt to taste

✔️ Lemon Butter Sauce -
Butter - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Chilli flakes, mixed herbs and Parsley


🔹 Instructions:
1️⃣ Season the basa fish fillet with spices and marinate.
2️⃣ Heat oil in a pan and pan fry basa fillet until golden brown.
3️⃣ Serve hot with sauteed vegetables and a drizzle of lemon butter sauce
