Ken Baugh was a local church pastor for 25 years. Currently Ken is the Executive Director at The Institute for Discipleship Training, a 501c3 ministry that offers executive coaching, spiritual direction, and pastoral counseling. Ken is also a visiting professor at Tabor College in the MA Ed. in Trauma and Neuroscience. Ken is a regular teacher at the Trinity Encounter, a 5-day discipleship intensive experience at a 2000-acre ranch in southern Montana. Ken’s latest book, Unhindered Abundance: Restoring Our Souls in a Fragmented World was released by NavPress in 2021. Ken enjoys astrophotography, biking, and reading. Ken has been married to Susan for 36 years, they have two daughters, three grandchildren, and a dog named Roe. Ken and Susan live in the Nashville, TN area.
