So firstly let's start with Dosu's introduction since it immediately puts him well above the surrounding ninja. In his first scene we see him attack Kabuto, completely bodying him. Kabuto folds to floor throwing up from the sheer power of Dosu's attack. Why is the fact that it's Kabuto important? Because Kabuto during Part 1 was stated to be on the same level as Kakashi, who himself is well above the average Jonin even before we get to Part 2.
