It’s only been 3 years but REP has failed to release a compatible leg extension/curl attachment for the AB-5000, despite assurances to release one in 2022. Due my own curiosity, impatience, and need to downsize from a dedicated machine, can now happily verify that the Bolt Fitness Venom Gapless leg extension and leg curl attachment is a no brainer plug and play for ~$200.

Overall - 9/10. I did decide to drill one extra hole for the pop pin because the pre drilled one was 1/2inch too far away. The tubing sleeve is the exact same size with no play. Other consideration is that I think you need some sort of padding/seat, abmat, yoga blocks, silencer drop pad, etc. to get your butt elevated higher off the bench otherwise it feels awkward on your knees for leg extension. Otherwise the range of motion, padding, stability, and overall build quality is great.
