This an SPA (special protected area) within John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park.

With depths ranging from ten to fifty feet, there are over thirty mooring buoys marking the area that display the depth at each location.
➡️ With the variations in depth and range of reefs, wildlife, and caves, this spot is perfect for everyone from novice snorkelers and divers to those with the most experience.
