E0 Archer & E1 Saber Showcase!!! | Apocalyptic Shadow 3.5 [Stage 4 - Score: 7301] | Honkai Star Rail

Finishing this one took me much longer than I wanted to. Sickness and other shanenigans really drained my time, but I wanted to make sure I delivered it before it reset, so here we are. Full HSR x Fate collab showcase, complete with Fate/Stay Night music (which I had to give up monetization for lolol). This also happens to be my first Apocalyptic Shadow video, too.

The interesting thing about Apocalyptic Shadow is that a team's Weakness Break Efficiency tends to be more valuable than it's raw DPS. Bosses take very little damage before broken, and A LOT of damage afterwards, so the meta is to break them ASAP. This led me to eventually figure out this unexpected team with Xueyi and Fu Xuan! With just Ruan Mei and Fu Xuan buffs, Archer already has enough DPS to one shot the wolves and to bring a broken Hoolay's health to 0 in a single turn, which means we didn't need more buffs or damage in the 4th slot, we needed someone to tear through Hoolay's Toughness Bar during his 1v1 mechanic. Xueyi fits that bill perfectly, showcasing A TON of Weakness Break Efficiency in a scenario where all ally turns are hers and there's only one enemy target. While our score wasn't anything too crazy, I think it was pretty good for the level of investment we had avaible!

Saber is back for the 2nd Node with her abundance of AoE Wind attacks. Though Physical is the best Element for this fight, Wind is still viable, being able to break 3 out of our 4 main targets. For the last one, the fight's mechanic of turning one of our allies into a Borisin has us covered. Huohuo is a specially good canditate for that role too, because her passive healing keeps going while she's a Borisin, and it doesn't even burn her stacks during her Borisin turns- it's honestly an upgrade for her in this fight, considering she'll always be back to normal to Ult for the team after the boss is broken. This Saber team is also relatively low cost, and I think it did pretty well all things considered~

Music was FULL FATE/STAY NIGHT this time around, starting with a kickass Emiya cover from CROW'SCLAW, then into the opening to the Fate/Stay Night [Realta Nua] visual novel, and lastly hitting that nostalgic note with disillusion from the first anime (which imo is the best version of disillusion up to date). Hope you guys enjoy how they synced with the run!

Furthermore, I'd say the style of this video is inspired by Honkai Star Rail videos from Zmm, Braxophone and Dreamy in parts, so shoutout to them, and a large influence on this series has come from content creators like Hidekai, Ruri Goko and REHOO. Thanks for being inspirations! :3
