"Talk about my experience I had with real estate bees and their leads yesterday. So I basically paid like $500, gave me 250 bucks extra. I have it on like a... kind of like an auto buy feature so i'm not just buying my favorite leads but it's kind of giving me leads that fit my criteria and with those leads each one costs 29 and i could pay for like exclusivity but in my opinion i like calling people that have already been called thousands of times because most of the time the people that call them are just idiots and they don't know what they're talking about so it gives you the opportunity to shine and make all of their problems go away because the last people they've talked to can't fix their problems but What I'm trying to say is I made it through about 25 people yesterday. Eight of those people responded. The restaurant follow-up list submitted two, two contracts. One of them has still not been signed and the other one we're kind of still negotiating a little bit. Other than that, the leads have been pretty cool. I'm just sharing all of this with y'all because it's really up to us to go out there and make opportunities happen. And sometimes you can be left not sure what opportunity you're after or what you need to do to make things happen. I always think it's easier to learn from somebody who's three steps ahead of somebody than 30 steps ahead of somebody. And I'm nowhere near a mastermind at this type of business.
