3 Fantastic Compound Butters

Ingredients:
Family BBQ Butter Recipe:
1 stick of butter

1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp minced onion
every dried spice in your kitchen except cinnamon and nutmeg

Black Garlic Butter Recipe:
1 stick of butter
1 roasted garlic head
3-5 black garlic cloves https://geni.us/blackgarlics
2 tbsp caramelized onions    • Why I cook my onions for 4 hours  
white truffle oil (to taste)
salt (to taste)
honey (to taste)

White Miso Butter Recipe:
1 stick of butter
1 roasted garlic head
2-3 tbsp white miso paste https://geni.us/whitemisopaste
honey (to taste)
