Sweetcorn & Chili Fritters - Easy Vegan Cooking

Ingredients:
65g all purpose flour (1/2 cup)
40g cornmeal / polenta (1/4 cup)
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powder or granules
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes
130ml soy or oat milk
150g sweetcorn
75g red bell pepper
2 spring onions
