2 fish fillet, about 450g
1.5 tbsp minced garlic
4 bird eyes chilli, chopped
½ tbsp rice wine
1 tsp ginger
½ tsp sugar
⅓ tsp salt
⅓ tsp white pepper
spring onions (optional)
fish marinade:
1 tbsp rice wine
½ tsp salt
½ tsp white pepper
1 egg white
2 tbsp corn starch
