This lesson is on the krumphau also known as the
Crooked strike/cut. It is a defensive technique but is also used to set up an attack. Thus making it an attack as well.

In parts. And it was a very long day and my dyslexic brain was throwing all the words out at once before I could pick the ones I needed, the joys of dyslexia.
