Model G10D is the Kirby Avalir 2 Home Cleaning System.
There is a three-year limited warranty and a Lifetime Factory Rebuild program for those Kirby systems purchased from authorized Distributors.
The three-year limited factory warranty, Lifetime Factory Rebuild program, and Fire Plan are not transferrable. They are only valid for the original owner of the Kirby system and require papers that show proof of original ownership and purchase date.
The Kirby Lifetime Factory Rebuild program will completely rebuild your Kirby system to "like new" condition. Depending on how many Kirby systems are in the queue, the average turnaround time to have your Kirby system rebuilt is 45 days.
Use scissors to remove hair, pet hair, and other debris from the Kirby brush roll. We recommend using the brush roll for pet owners as there is a cleaning channel that makes removing hair even easier.
