We celebrated our 7th Anniversary – Celebration of Nature on November 5th, 2017 at Eraa Palace in Markham.
Recent global events have shown the importance of preserving the environment.

We enjoyed an informative session by Lisa Ward, Toronto & Region Conservation Authority on the Great Lakes & Water Conservation
Our partner, Dr. Shafi Bhuiyan, MD, MPH, MBA, PHD from Ryerson University gave an eye opening presentation on the challenges of immigrant doctors in Canada.
We were treated to Native Indian drumming, singing and dancing performances by
Nathan Roy, Wayne Moberley, Jayden Moberley and Cylene Morrison
Special guest Nirmala Armstrong, City of Markham, Regional Councillor acknowledged the work of the charity.
Cathy Nesbitt, a worm advocate, spoke about the importance of composting and the impact worms can have in preserving the environment.
